📅 Monday–Friday, site-based | Approx. 4-week contract
KX is looking for a highly organised and proactive Membership Administration & Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills and experience in credit control/debt collection, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage membership administration and financial records.
- Handle credit control and debt collection professionally.
- Manage a busy inbox and respond to member enquiries.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
- Provide excellent service while handling confidential information with discretion.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous administration and credit control/debt collection experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and database skills.
- A professional telephone manner and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Peoplevine and/or Jonas (desirable).
- Experience within luxury hospitality or a private members' club (preferred).
