About the Role

KYA Quality Control Analyst

Reviewing analyst due diligence, risk ratings, and screening alert dispositions for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance across a KYA team. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, paid PAYE.

Responsibilities

  • QC completed due diligence files and documentation against internal/regulatory standards
  • Feed back errors and process gaps to analysts and team lead
  • Escalate material risk or compliance issues
  • Maintain QC tracking/MI

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Essential Experience in KYA ideally with a QA/review element
  • Strong knowledge of sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening
  • High attention to detail; strong written feedback skills
  • Familiarity with FCA expectations / MLR

  • Desirable: Asset management/fund due diligence experience; prior QC/QA or team lead experience
