We are seeking diverse and passionate individuals to join our Talent Pool for KYC (Know Your Customer) Customer Service roles

As part of the KYC Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough KYC verifications in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Review and validate customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information and resolve KYC-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and risk departments, to support fraud prevention efforts.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and KYC reviews with confidentiality.
  • Continuously update knowledge on KYC regulations and industry best practices.
  • Report any suspicious activities or potential compliance issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with KYC processes, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team environment.
  • Commitment to upholding data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, or compliance roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools is desirable.

Day-to-Day

  • Review customer documents and verify identification details.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to gather necessary information.
  • Liaise with colleagues to clarify KYC requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Update KYC records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions focused on compliance updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to foster a positive and efficient working environment.

Start Date

  • TBC

Initial contract

  • Initially 6 months, however this is likely to be extended.

Core hours

  • 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday between 9am - 5.30pm.

Location

  • Remote

Training

  • 2-4 weeks

Rate

  • £27,500 per annum, plus 20 days holiday and bank holidays pro rata.
