About The Role

Volta's Finance team ensures we know exactly who we're doing business with and that our records stay accurate, complete, and audit-ready. As our KYC & Admin Analyst, you'll conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) checks on new and existing clients, partners, and vendors, while providing administrative support that keeps the compliance function running smoothly.

This role is well-suited to someone who's detail-oriented and process-driven, and who wants to build a career in compliance or risk within a global business.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform KYC/KYB due diligence checks on new and existing customers, partners, and vendors, verifying identity and ownership documentation
  • Screen individuals and entities against sanctions, PEP, and adverse media lists, escalating potential matches for further review
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of due diligence findings in compliance systems and trackers
  • Support periodic reviews and re-verification of existing clients based on risk rating and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of compliance reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders and auditors
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Help maintain and improve KYC checklists, templates, and internal process documentation
  • Respond to internal queries regarding KYC status and documentation requirements in a timely manner
  • Flag any unusual findings or potential red flags to senior team members

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
