KYC Assistant - Portuguese speaker
London | Hybrid | Salary £30k-33k DOE
Euro London Appointments is supporting the recruitment of a very prestigious firm in the Financial Industry who are seeking a Portuguese speaker to join their team in London for a hybrid position.
As part of the KYC team, you will assist with onboarding and review of clients, customer data report preparation and ensuring high quality of compliance with UK legal requirements.
The role:
- Analysing and maintaining clients’ documentation.
- Preparing a summary of key KYC information to assist the Middle Office Manager with the clients’ risk review.
- Updating UDFs to reflect the client’s information in our systems.
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
- Minimum 3x per week in the office but full-time presence in the office will be required during training.

Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Intermediate level of Excel and MS Office.
- Banking or Financial Services experience is a bonus.
- No more than 1 year work experience in the UK as this is an entry-level position.
Full details for this position will be disclosed during the screening process. This is a hybrid position, therefore ability to commute to an office in central London is essential.
