The Role

At Suits Me, we’re looking for an experienced KYC Officer to join our Financial Crime team and support our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) refresh programme and ongoing customer reviews.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring our customer information remains up to date, assessing whether account activity aligns with customer profiles and identifying potential financial crime risks. From reviewing existing customer relationships to investigating changes in risk, you’ll manage cases from initial allocation through to a clear, documented outcome.

This is an opportunity to put your KYC and EDD experience to work in a fast-paced financial services environment, helping us maintain strong controls while delivering fair and proportionate customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting EDD reviews: Completing periodic customer reviews, refreshing identity and customer information and assessing whether existing risk concerns have been resolved.
  • Assessing source of funds: Reviewing supporting evidence, investigating inconsistencies and identifying where further information or checks are needed.
  • Investigating financial crime risks: Reviewing transaction activity, payment patterns, counterparties and geographic exposure to identify unusual or unexplained behaviour.
  • Managing risk-triggered reviews: Assessing referrals, fraud concerns, changes in customer circumstances and other events that may affect a customer’s risk profile.
  • Reviewing screening results: Investigating politically exposed person (PEP), sanctions and adverse media findings, documenting your assessment and escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Making recommendations: Preparing clear, evidence-based case summaries and recommending appropriate outcomes, including further checks, enhanced monitoring, account restrictions or customer exit.
  • Communicating with customers: Requesting additional information clearly and professionally, while handling sensitive cases appropriately and avoiding any risk of tipping off.
  • Maintaining accurate records: Ensuring all evidence, checks, risk assessments, decisions, approvals and outstanding actions are fully documented.
  • Managing your workload: Prioritising cases according to risk and deadlines, working to agreed service levels and flagging overdue cases or capacity concerns.
  • Supporting reporting and quality: Contributing to management reporting on review progress, overdue cases, escalations and quality assurance findings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
