KYC Onboarding Analyst
£125/per day (Outside IR35)
6-Month Contract (Likely to extend to 1-year)
Bank, London (Onsite 2-days per week)
Early November start
We are looking for a KYC Onboarding Analyst to support the onboarding and ongoing review of clients, with a focus on KYC/CDD and financial crime screening.
- Conduct KYC and CDD reviews for new and existing clients.
- Review customer and corporate documentation, including ownership structures and UBO information.
- Perform AML, PEP and sanctions screening and assess potential alerts.
- Investigate and disposition screening alerts, escalating potential matches where required.
- Identify and assess financial crime risks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk customers where required.
- Maintain accurate KYC records and ensure files meet required standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
- Support remediation, periodic reviews and other KYC/AML projects as required.

Previous experience in KYC onboarding, CDD/EDD, AML screening, PEP and sanctions alert handling within a bank, financial institution, payments/fintech or professional services environment.
