G MASS KYC Quality Assurance Professional

G MASS are seeking a KYC Quality Assurance professional to join the new-to-bank onboarding team of a leading investment bank, supporting the onboarding of Investment Banking clients across the EMEA region.

This role sits at the heart of the bank's onboarding control framework, reviewing and challenging KYC files completed by frontline analysts before clients are approved. It suits someone who can come in and hit the ground running, bringing genuine investment banking KYC experience and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance and Operations from day one.

The successful candidate will apply the bank's global minimum standards policy alongside UK and EU top-ups, ensuring files meet both internal policy and regulatory expectations. Beyond file review, the role offers real scope to influence the quality of the wider function, identifying recurring errors, tracing them back to their root cause and helping shape training and workflow improvements across the onboarding team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
