Job Type: 2 years fixed

Location: Diss Office

Hybrid role – Office and home based with outreach work across Diss and Thetford District

Salary: £15.40

Hours: Part time – Total hours: 25 split as follows: 20 hours flexible L&D work to meet the needs of the organisation and 5 hours administration for the management team.

Job Summary: This is a key role at CADAT, the main aim of the role is to administer and support the HASO Manager to develop and maintain all Learning and Development within the organisation for staff and volunteers. Working closely with the Volunteering and communities Officer and the Citizens Advice (CADAT) Team Leads across the organisation.

Your role will ensure that we have a broad and compliant programme offering training and development needed to enable our teams to undertake their roles. You will focus on delivering high quality support, advice and ensure you contribute to our primary aim of enabling people to have positive health and wellbeing outcomes through utilising any of our services. You will be responsible for supporting the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the HASO to develop a learning and development strategy across the organisation.

This is a role that requires excellent administration skills and be familiar working to deadlines, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail. However, above all you must like working with a diverse range of people, have tact, patience and understanding when working to support everyone at different levels to complete and understand their training and development obligations.
