- Take full responsibility for all Geek+ warehouse systems and related customers
- Provide 24/7 shift coverage (aligning with the global team on a 24/7 basis, with local A/B/N shift schedules)
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Prioritize, process, and resolve incidents based on impact, severity, and available resources
- Fulfill service requests from users and operations personnel
- Assist Technical Support in handling production incidents
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Hardware Support, and other senior business staff to resolve incidents
- Create, maintain, and update documentation such as incident resolution procedures and business knowledge bases
Qualifications (Academic Background)
- Class of 2027 fresh graduate; bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics systems or the fundamental logic of WMS is preferred; exposure to industrial software or robotics systems is a plus
- Be able to work 24/7 rotating shifts; a reasonable level of stress tolerance and self-management is required

Qualifications (Core Competencies)
- Candidates must demonstrate fluent written and spoken English, capable of independently handling English-language tickets, email correspondence, and customer/team communication
- Prior experience in overseas exchange programs or English-medium projects is a plus
- Strong logical thinking with the ability to quickly prioritize and clearly articulate problems even under ambiguous or incomplete information
- Collaborative by nature with strong cross-functional teamwork skills; a genuine customer-service mindset and empathy toward end users
