L1/L2 Support Engineer
Duration of contract: 1 year contract
Precise location: Primarily split between 2 UK locations - Windsor & Branston, with occasional travel to sites in Europe like Frankfurt, Paris etc.
Rate: 200 GBP/Day Inside IR35
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- L1/L2 experience in network operations and support or data center environments.
- Strong understanding of networks infrastructure (TCP/IP, routing, switching and dynamic routing protocols).
- Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and cabling standards.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical instructions from remote teams.
- Ability to work independently on the deployments and transformations.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and ITIL processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
