Duties include:

Provide general clerical and administrative support, including:
- Word processing
- Minute taking
- Filing routine correspondence
- Distributing mail
- Photocopying etc.

Under the direction of the School Business Manager, routine financial administration, including:
- Petty cash
- Postage
- Banking
- Parentpay
- Synergy etc.

Maintaining and updating manual and computerized records including, for example, records of free school meals, school trips, registers, examinations, SEN etc, including related financial administration.

Assist with administering work experience/career arrangements.

Undertake reception duties, including:
- Answering the telephone and responding to routine queries
- Dealing with visitors on behalf of Headteacher, where appropriate.

Maintaining stock and ordering supplies, including:
- Processing of orders
- Checking off incoming deliveries
- Obtaining prices from occasional suppliers
- Arranging for payment of invoices and the distribution and storage of stock.

To act as pastoral admin and clerical support.

To support with the distribution, collection, and oversight of students' uniform and borrowing of items.

To work within school policies and procedures.

Essential qualifications:
- GCSE in:
- English Language (grade 3 or above)
- Maths (grade 3 or above)

Other requirements:
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before starting employment.
