What You’ll Do:
- Onsite Desktop Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2 onsite and deskside support by diagnosing and resolving end-user technical issues across PCs, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Complete incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs while supporting users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Infrastructure & Workplace Technology Support: Build and configure Gold images for customer PCs and laptops, support meeting rooms and video conferencing systems, troubleshoot printers and scanners, and assist with end-user data backup and restoration activities. Monitor network, PC, and peripheral equipment to ensure operational stability.
- Data Center & Service Operations Support: Provide smart hands support for data center equipment, including rack and stack activities, cable installation and management, component replacement, and tape changes for local backup routines. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate progress effectively, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure service continuity.

What You Need:
- Technical Experience: Minimum of 3 years of onsite IT support experience with strong knowledge of desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and enterprise IT environments.
- Desktop & Hardware Support: Hands-on experience supporting PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, peripherals, and workstation configurations. Experience with PC imaging, Gold image deployment, hardware replacement, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Meeting Room & Infrastructure Support: Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) equipment, video conferencing solutions, meeting rooms, and basic data center activities including rack and stack, cabling, and component replacement.
- Backup & Network Knowledge: Understanding of end-user data backup and restoration processes, network troubleshooting, and monitoring PC and peripheral equipment to maintain service availability.
- Customer Service & Communication Skills: Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users. Fluent English and local language proficiency are required.
