Are you the Mac expert people trust when the issue really matters?

ISE Partners is supporting a highly regarded investment firm in the appointment of a Level 2 Support Engineer to join its London technology team.

This is a rare opportunity for somebody who combines strong macOS and Jamf capability with excellent judgement, stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.

You'll act as a key escalation point across a mixed Mac and Windows estate, supporting sophisticated users who expect rapid responses, clear communication and genuine ownership of issues.

You'll be trusted to:

  • Administer and troubleshoot enterprise macOS environments
  • Support and manage Jamf Pro
  • Resolve complex endpoint and user issues
  • Work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments
  • Partner with service desk, senior engineering teams and external vendors
  • Coach colleagues and improve support capability across the wider team
