Role: L2/L3 Support Engineer
- Location: Stevenage, UK
- Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide application/AMS support for enterprise and COTS applications.

Key Skills & Experience:
- L2/L3 Application Support / AMS experience in an enterprise or managed services environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management
- Experience troubleshooting application, access, configuration, data and integration issues
- Experience supporting multiple COTS/business applications
- Exposure to tools such as Oracle Primavera, Oracle Unifier, Deviprop, Crown Workforce Management or similar is preferred
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, CMDB and SLA/KPI reporting
- Basic knowledge of SQL/databases and Windows/Linux
- Strong stakeholder, vendor and third-party coordination skills
- Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or regulated-industry experience is desirable
- SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance preferred
