Counter Manager (Beauty Retail) – Leadership Opportunity
Inspire and lead your team to achieve exceptional sales, customer service, and operational excellence as our Counter Manager. This role is not just a job—it’s your chance to run your own store as Chief Executive Officer of your business.
About the Role

You’ll be accountable for:
- Recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting, high-impact in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
- Developing and executing agile business plans to drive financial and operational success
- Coaching a high-performing team to unlock their full potential—leading and inspiring in a fast-paced, high-stakes retail environment
- Driving strategic sales initiatives, from consumer insights to front-line marketing

Professional Experience
- Retail sales experience (preferably in beauty or luxury retail) with team leadership experience
- Degree of experience dependent on store/business size – progression opportunities available
- Strategic planning and execution – matrix spend, goal-setting, and resource management experience
- Basic financial acumen – comfortable with budgeting and resource allocation
