Beauty Care Advisor / Esthetician
Role Overview
Responsible for beauty care treatment sales, daily store operations, and inventory management, ensuring seamless customer service and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty care treatments, performing detailed skin analysis tailored to individual customer needs
- Engage with customers to build long-term relationships while delivering premium first-class service
- Follow up with post-treatments to enhance customer loyalty and overall brand experience
- Oversee daily store operations, maintaining high standards of professionalism and hygiene
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and reduced waste

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant beauty-related work experience (preferably in skincare or prestige cosmetics)
- Experience in retail sales of luxury beauty products is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on high-end client engagement
- Preference for candidates with recognised beauty diplomas or certifications (e.g., esthetics, spa therapy)
- Dedication and passion for beauty care, complemented by a strong work ethic and heightened sense of responsibility
