Role Information
We are seeking a full-time permanent technician to join our Colour Match and Quality Control team. The primary responsibility of the role will be to ensure accurate colour matching and quality control of our products. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, an interest in colour matching and seeking a long term career development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct colour matching and quality control tests on plastic products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of colour formulas and specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure colour consistency in manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any colour-related issues that may arise.
- Assist in the development and improvement of colour matching techniques and processes.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- The successful candidate will be required to operate on a shift pattern once at the required standard, in order to continue their development in the role.
