Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in channel or partner management, preferably within B2B SaaS, scientific software, or life sciences.
- Proven ability to recruit, enable, and manage external partners to deliver revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of channel models, GTM strategies, and partner programs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Be the driving force behind expanding and optimizing the partner network, taking full ownership of partner relationships, pipeline visibility, and enablement.
- Develop and execute the company’s channel strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate partners across target markets and segments.
- Manage QBRs, set performance targets, and report revenue impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product for joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Create and maintain onboarding, training, and partner marketing resources.
- Track and analyze lead routing, partner-generated pipeline, and conversion metrics.

Skills / Technical Competencies
- Partner recruitment, engagement, and enablement.
- Commercial negotiation and contract management.
- Strategic business planning and execution.
- CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Nice to Haves
- Existing contacts within hardware vendors and life science channel partners.
- Experience with APAC reseller networks and global partnership structures.
- Background in SaaS or laboratory informatics solutions.
