Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Job Title: Lab Launch Manager, Europe

Location: Europe, UK preferred base

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

This role commissions new Neko labs end-to-end, from technical build and equipment installation through regulatory compliance, then hands a fully operational lab to the local clinic team for ongoing management. The Lab Launch Manager operates with high autonomy in ambiguity (Chase 10X, not 10%) and working closely with the regional clinic leadership, similar in scope and pace to how Giulio scaled lab openings. No direct reports initially; as the launch cadence grows, this role is expected to build a team underneath it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
