Dental Laboratory Office Assistant / Administrator
Luke Barnett Laboratory
The Luke Barnett Centre, 30 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1JJ
Working Hours
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00am – 3:30pm
- Some flexibility with working hours may be available for the right candidate.
About The Role
Luke Barnett Laboratory is looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant / Administrator to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a professional and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams (essential)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience
- No dental laboratory experience required
- Full training will be provided on our laboratory-specific software and systems

The Office Administrator Role
- Speaking to clients by phone, email and our in-house system
- Updating daily reports
- Organising technicians' work
- Booking client jobs
- Invoicing works
- Ordering products
- Incoming and dispatch of products
- Dealing with client queries and building rapport between yourself and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a general administration role
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be confident in using IT systems. Full training will be given for the bespoke system used in the lab.
