Description:

This is a key role within Clients Smart Lab Transformation Programme, responsible for identifying, shaping, validating and industrializing digital transformation initiatives that enable more connected, automated and insight-driven Quality Control laboratories.

The role will lead digital innovation from early concept through to proof of concept, proof of value, pilot execution and enterprise scale-out. It will ensure that digital solutions are not only technically viable, but operationally relevant, value-led, repeatable and suitable for adoption across the wider laboratory network.

  • Proven experience leading digital and data transformation within life sciences, consumer health, pharmaceutical, laboratory or manufacturing environments.
  • Able to translate business needs into digital use cases and scalable products, acting as the link between business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts, governance, standards and functional data modelling, with familiarity across laboratory and manufacturing systems such as LIMS, ELN, ERP/SAP, MES/Pas-X and related digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory informatics (e.g., ELN, LIMS, CDS), automation, and smart lab technologies.
