Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technicians to support our teaching and research programs. The Lab Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining laboratory operations, assisting faculty and students, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and accuracy in diagnostic and research procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting laboratory experiments and diagnostic procedures under the guidance of faculty members.
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare and organize laboratory materials, samples, and reagents for experiments and classes.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of samples to maintain accuracy and safety.
- Maintain detailed records of laboratory work, including test results and equipment maintenance logs.
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support faculty and students during practical sessions and research activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Manage inventory and order laboratory supplies as needed.

- Educational Background: 10+2 from a recognized education board.
- Diploma:
- Diploma in Veterinary Laboratory Technology (DVLT) from LUVAS, Hisar.
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by the Government of Haryana.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in handling laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and staff.
