On January 6, 2016 a “Belaire Notice” was sent out to Assistant Store Managers who have worked in California for Wal-mart Associates, Inc. The class action lawsuit was originally filed by the San Francisco employment attorneys at Blumenthal, Nordrehaug, & Bhowmik on January 29, 2015.
