Role Overview

Are you immediately available and looking to gain some experience in a Scientific Environment? Do You have some prior lab experience?

A leading and successful provider of analytical testing are seeking a Lab Assistant to join them on a temporary basis for around 2 months. The lab provide veterinary testing services and this role would be ideal if you have some prior exposure to working in a pathology, medical or similar lab.

Responsibilities

  • Assistive duties to support the microbiology lab.
  • Sample receipt and preparation including plating and staining.

Job Details

  • Duration: Temporary
  • Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5
  • Pay: £12.71 per hour
  • Start Date: ASAP, ideally w/c 10/08/26

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a Pathology Lab or as an MLA.
  • Must be available to begin immediately on site near Tarporley, Cheshire.
