Are you technically minded, analytical, and passionate about testing and problem solving?

UL Solutions is seeking a Laboratory Engineer to join our Built Environment team, supporting the testing and evaluation of curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, façades, and building envelope systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an engineering or technical background who enjoys working with data, interpreting results, and delivering high-quality testing projects.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on laboratory expertise with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and exceptional attention to detail to help ensure the safety, performance, and compliance of innovative building products used around the world.

Role Overview

As a Laboratory Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering testing projects for customers across the construction and built environment sector. Working within our specialist façade and building envelope laboratory, you will manage testing activities, analyse results, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
