Important Note: This is a primarily overnight role requiring flexibility to rotate into alternate shifts.

What You’ll Do

Operate and Maintain Radiopharmaceutical Systems:
- Run HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), and TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography) for quality control
- Oversee cyclotron and radiochemical chemistry modules
- Ensure equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

Quality and Compliance:
- Conduct inspections and system verification under GMP/GLP compliance
- Calibrate, document, and troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain strict sterile environments and regulatory standards

Logistics & Shipment:
- Package materials for distribution via global courier network
- Coordinate processes to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries

Safety:
- Adhere to safety protocols for radioactive materials (ALARA principles)
- Follow ergonomic standards (physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs)
Requirements

Technical Proficiency:
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in an oversight structure
- Basic computer literacy (log tracking, email, MS Office)

Work Experience & Credentials:
- Preference for education/ experience in chemistry, biology, radiochemistry, or radiation safety
- Not required but highly valued.

Physical & Shift-Related:
- Must be available for overnight/rotating shifts
- On-call flexibility for emergency maintenance/quality issues
- Capable of executing lifting/strenuous tasks (100lbs)

Interpersonal Strengths:
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Comfort with technical discussions and collaborating across teams
- Foreign language skills (esp. for a global role) are a plus!
