Company
Polari Labs is a London-based startup pushing the frontier of sexual health innovation and building the world's first platform for anorectal health and pleasure. Our first product, A-BALL, is the first-of-its-kind alternative to douching, designed to make preparation for anorectal intercourse spontaneous and hassle-free. By rethinking a routine that has seen little meaningful innovation, we're creating an entirely new product category.
We're currently running a consumer trial and are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented laboratory technician to take ownership of product production during this critical phase.
Role
This is an 8–12 week contract position supporting the production of A-BALL for our ongoing consumer trial.
You'll be responsible for producing A-BALL in our London lab, following an established production process to ensure we have a reliable and consistent supply for trial participants. Once trained, you'll independently manage day-to-day production, carry out routine quality checks and keep accurate production records.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
