TruLife Optics

TruLife Optics is British science based company with 30 professionals based in London. We are small and friendly company.

We're looking for an Organisation & Stores Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day tidiness, stock, and supplies across our Optics and Chemical laboratories, as well as our storage and office areas. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who takes pride in a well-run, well-stocked, well-organised space, and who's looking for a role they can settle into, make their own, and stay in for the long term.

You don't need a scientific background, and you won't be left to work it out alone. You'll be fully supported from day one: we'll show you how everything works, talk you through the reasoning behind what we ask, and you'll have colleagues on hand to help as you learn. What matters most is that you're organised, proactive, and happy building real expertise in running a well organised, well stocked space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
