ESG Drysdale is seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Labour Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the business.

This varied role supports the management team, employees, and site operations through the effective coordination of administration, recruitment administration, onboarding, payroll administration, compliance, employee support, accommodation management, and transport coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring employees receive efficient support throughout their employment.

A significant aspect of the role involves coordinating the administration of two on-site accommodation sites occupied by Seasonal Agricultural Worker Scheme (SAWS) employees. Responsibilities include supporting employee welfare, monitoring accommodation standards, coordinating transport requirements, and liaising with the Engineering Team to ensure maintenance issues are reported, monitored, and resolved promptly.

This position requires a flexible and hands-on approach, with the ability to respond to changing operational priorities. The successful candidate will participate in an evening and weekend on-call rota to support urgent labour, accommodation, transport, and operational matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
