YOUR IMPACT
As a Labour Relations Project Manager, you will be the central coordinator for all business and corporate initiatives requiring Works Council consultation, information, or approval across Europe. You will own the end-to-end labour relations process, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Labour Relations Managers, Legal, Privacy, and business leaders to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly and compliantly. Your work will provide visibility, governance, and alignment across a broad portfolio of regional projects and strategic priorities.

What The Role Offers
- Ownership of Works Council initiatives across Europe.
- Direct partnership with senior HR, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to business transformation, restructuring, and strategic projects.
- Opportunity to support Labour Relations leadership on high-impact initiatives.
- Ability to shape and improve Labour Relations tools, processes, and governance.
What You Need To Succeed
- Proven experience in Labour Relations, HR Project Management, HRBP, or a related function.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a multinational environment.
- Track record of partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong English communication skills, with German or French language skills considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and data analysis.
