Job Title: Labourer
Ashtead Technology is seeking a Labourer to join our Mechanical Solutions facility in Turriff. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop and yard areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep our workshop, yard, and facilities clean, organised, and safe, creating an efficient working environment.
- Support the team with a variety of practical tasks, including maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Help inspect, maintain, and care for tools, equipment, and company assets, ensuring readiness when needed.
- Maintain our high standards for health, safety, quality, and the environment by following safe working practices and contributing to a positive team culture.
What Experience You'll Bring
- Previous labouring experience, particularly in a mechanical environment, is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Enjoyment for practical, hands-on work and pride in doing a good job.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and support colleagues when needed.
- Good organisational skills and an awareness of the importance of working safely.
- Forklift certificate is beneficial but not essential.
