Ashtead Technology - Labourer Opportunity
Ashtead Technology is seeking a Labourer to join our Mechanical Solutions facility in Turriff. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop and yard areas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep our workshop, yard, and facilities clean, organized, and safe, contributing to an efficient work environment.
- Support the team with various practical tasks, including maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Inspect, maintain, and care for tools, equipment, and company assets, ensuring readiness when required.
- Actively maintain our high standards in health, safety, quality, and environmental practices, adhering to safe working methods and promoting a positive team culture.
What Experience You’ll Bring:
- Previous labouring experience, particularly in a mechanical environment, is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Enjoyment for practical, hands-on work and pride in performing a good job.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and support colleagues when needed.
- Good organizational skills and awareness of the importance of working safely.
- Forklift certificate is beneficial but not essential.
