Labourer Position

We're seeking a Labourer to join our successful Refurbishment & Projects team, supporting loft insulation and installations work across Wiltshire. Working alongside our directly employed tradespeople, you'll play a key role in our residential refurbishment works, from strip-out through to installation.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a nationally recognised and award-winning employer to develop your skills within the construction and property maintenance industry.

The Labourer Role

  • Supporting multi-trades with loft insulation and its associated works within occupied residential properties.
  • Manual handling; Loading, unloading, and moving materials, equipment, and waste.
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working environments.
  • Assisting with site preparation, clearances, and general labouring duties.
  • Always following health and safety procedures.

  • Previous experience as a Labourer, General Operative, or experience of working in a similar trade-related environment would be advantageous but not essential
  • You will be comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role; working in confined spaces e.g. small loft spaces.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • The ability to work professionally in customers' homes and occupied properties.
  • Full UK driving licence essential; with the use of your own vehicle. You will not be required to use your own vehicle for delivering equipment or materials.
