Job Title: Site Labourer
Location: Crawley
Start Date: Second week of August : Monday 10th August, 2026
Pay Rate: GBP14.24/hr (PAYE) OR GBP16.55/hr (Umbrella PAYE)
Hours: 9 hours paid per day
Duration: 3:4 weeks
About The Role
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Labourers to join a busy construction project based in Crawley, starting the second week of August. You will play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly and assisting the management team and subcontractors daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Moving materials out of plots and distributing them around the site
- Operating a wheelbarrow to transport materials and clear debris
- Assisting various subcontractors on-site as required
- Maintaining general site tidiness
- Strictly following instructions and health and safety guidelines from the management team

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid CSCS Card
- Ability to provide 2 recent work references
- Full PPE (Steel toe cap boots, high-vis, hard hat, gloves)
- Right to Work in the UK
