General Site Labourers Newton Abbot & South West

General Site Labourers Required Newton Abbot, Torquay & Exeter

Harbron Recruit are currently looking for reliable General Site Labourers to join our growing database for a range of construction projects across Newton Abbot, Torquay, Exeter and the surrounding areas.

We have new vacancies coming in regularly, with opportunities available for candidates with or without a CSCS card, depending on the individual project.

General Site Labouring Duties May Include:

  • General site labouring and assisting trades
  • Moving and handling materials around site
  • Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Assisting tradesmen and site management
  • General site clearance
  • Moving fencing and barriers
  • Assisting with deliveries
  • Digging and groundworks assistance where required
  • Following site health and safety procedures
  • Other general duties as required by the Site Manager

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous construction/site experience is preferred but not always essential
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Good understanding of site safety
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good timekeeping and attendance
  • CSCS card desirable for some projects, but not essential for all vacancies
  • Full PPE
  • Right to work in the UK
