Looking to build a career in property services with a company that invests in its people?
We're seeking a Labourer to join our successful Refurbishment & Projects team, supporting kitchen and bathroom renovations across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Working alongside our directly employed tradespeople, you'll play a key role in residential refurbishment projects, from strip-out through to installation.

The Labourer Role
- Supporting Multi-Trade Carpenters and Plumbers on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects throughout New Forest, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
- Driving a long wheelbase company van to collect and deliver materials.
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials, equipment, and waste between sites.
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working environments.
- Assisting with site preparation, clearances, and general labouring duties.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.

What will you bring to the Labourer role?
- Previous experience as a Labourer, General Operative, or experience of working in a similar trade-related environment.
- Comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role involving the daily lifting, carrying and movement of heavy materials.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the industry.
- The ability to work professionally in customers' homes and occupied properties.
- CSCS card desirable.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
