Construction Labourer
Pro Stars Ltd T/A Starpro Recruitment Agency is looking for a hardworking and dependable construction labourer.
Duties
- Assist in the construction of structures by performing tasks such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and operating construction equipment under the supervision of skilled workers.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and ensuring that the area is safe and organized.
- Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and machinery used in construction activities.
- Assist in the pouring and leveling of concrete, as well as the installation of concrete forms and scaffolding.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and fellow workers.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing structures.
- Operate tools and machinery, including power drills, saws, and pneumatic hammers, as directed by skilled workers.

Qualifications
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, often in adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate tools and machinery effectively.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Workers must be punctual and reliable.
- With a Clean Police record.
