Job Description
We are currently recruiting for multiple Temporary Labourers to join a long-term project in Selby, with the project due to start in mid/late September 2026 and run through until April 2027.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role, working predominantly outdoors. You will need to be comfortable with regular manual work, being on your feet for extended periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- General labouring duties across the site
- Manual handling and physically demanding tasks
- Assisting trades and site teams where required
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Carrying out tasks as directed by the Site Manager
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid CSCS card
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Your own reliable transport – essential due to the site location
- Previous labouring or construction site experience
- Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual work
- Flexibility around start times, typically 7am or 8am
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
