Job Description
Are you an experienced Labourer looking for a new opportunity?
Join us for our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project within the Social Housing sector in South-West London and Westminster area.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact on site, introducing yourself to residents in a professional and respectful manner
- Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day
- Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
- Remove existing flooring as required
- Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment
- Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected prior to works
- Install appropriate signage and information boards on site
- Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project

Qualifications
Do you have what it takes to become a Labourer at PiLON?
- Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector
- Valid CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate
