Looking for consistent work on long-term Social Housing contracts? Bolton/ Wigan/ Preston areas
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Labourers / Rip Out Operatives to join our Social Housing team. Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, you'll be responsible for preparing properties for installation works by carrying out rip-outs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. If you're hardworking, reliable and take pride in keeping sites organised and running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
You'll play an important part in delivering refurbishment projects, working across occupied and void properties to prepare homes for planned improvement works.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
- Removing fixtures, fittings, flooring and associated materials
- Loading, removing and disposing of waste materials safely
- Maintaining clean, safe and tidy working areas
- Assisting with material deliveries and collection when required
- Supporting site teams and other trades on site
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment where applicable
- Working professionally within occupied homes and live environments
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For
- Previous labouring, demolition or rip-out experience
- Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable
- Good understanding of site Health & Safety requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
