We provide a range of construction services from new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects to construction-related services such as plant hire, security, roofing, and waste recycling. KGM Roofing
KGM Roofing is Lindum Group’s roofing and cladding contract division which operates nationally across a wide range of sectors, partnering with direct clients, main contractors, and property managers.
Opportunity for an Experienced Labourer
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Labourer to join our KGM Roofing Team, to join a Spalding-based roofing gang, working on sites in the across the Midlands. Gangs travel to sites together, so you must live in the Spalding / Bourne area for collection/drop-off.

- CSCS card: Essential to the role. An in-date card will be a significant advantage, but a successful candidate without a current CSCS card will be assisted to obtain one (this must be self-funded and obtained prior to employment commencing).
- Site experience: You must have some site experience and basic awareness of site safety requirements.
- Training certificates: An in-date Working at Height and/or Manual Handling training certificate would also be an advantage, although training will be provided.
- Working conditions: You must be comfortable working at height in all weathers using mobile access equipment and harness systems – a head for heights is essential. PPE will be provided.
- Induction and travel: You will be required to attend our Peterborough office for initial induction, otherwise, pick-up and drop-off will be provided. The role will require you to work away from home during the week with board and lodgings provided.

Role Details
- Full-time: The role is full-time.
- Hours: Site hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Compensation and benefits: We can offer a competitive rate of pay and benefits as well as opportunities for further training, development, and progression.
