New General Labourer Position Available at Randstad CPE
Job Title: General Labourer (Immediate Start Today)
Location: Herne Bay, Kent (CT6)
Start Date: Today (Immediate Start)
Contract Duration: Short-Term Cover
Pay Rate: GBP14.00 - GBP15.00 per hour (dependent on pay type)
About the Role
We are urgently looking for a reliable General Labourer for an immediate start today on a site in Herne Bay.
This is a short-term cover role ideal for someone local who is available right now and wants to get stuck into immediate work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting site trades with general daily duties.
- Moving materials across site and offloading deliveries.
- Sweeping, clearing construction waste, and keeping skips tidy.
- Ensuring walkways and work areas remain safe and clear of hazards.

Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).
- Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-visibility jacket/vest, hard hat, and gloves).
- Previous general labouring experience on active construction sites.
- Hard-working, punctual, and ready to get straight to work today.
- Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours and Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Location: Herne Bay (CT6).
- Pay: Fast, weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE.
