We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pre-Plasterer / Skilled Labourer to join a leading new build housing contractor working on a busy residential development in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable operative looking for ongoing work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality new build homes.
Your new role
- Pre-plaster preparation works on new build properties
- Dot and dab patching
- Filling and making good around windows, doors, and service penetrations
- Foam application and mastic work
- Snagging and finishing tasks
- General labouring and site maintenance duties
- Assisting trades on site when required
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised

What you'll need to succeed
- ✅ Previous experience in a Pre-Plasterer or Skilled Labourer role on new build housing sites
- ✅ Valid CSCS Card
- ✅ Own tools preferred
- ✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- ✅ Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently
