About Alora Studio

Alora Studio is a brand-new, fitness destination introducing the globally recognised Lagree Fitness method to Birmingham. As the region’s first fully dedicated and licensed Lagree studio, we offer high-intensity, low-impact full-body workouts delivered on patented Megaformer machines.

We are building an elite launch team of passionate movement professionals. Joining Alora Studio means becoming a key part of a growing boutique brand, shaping our studio culture, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Role

We are seeking dynamic, high-energy instructors to lead safe, motivating, and high-intensity Lagree sessions for individuals and small groups.

Unlike traditional freelance teaching roles where you are only paid per class, this is a permanent salaried position with guaranteed hours, paid annual leave, pension benefits, and paid time for class prep and admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Class Delivery: Plan and deliver structured, high-energy Lagree sessions on Megaformer machines.
  • Coaching & Safety: Provide expert verbal cueing, physical/visual demonstrations, form corrections, and tailored exercise modifications/progressions.
  • Client Engagement: Greet clients, support check-in processes, foster a welcoming community, and build strong rapport with studio members.
  • Studio Operations: Maintain high standards of studio readiness, machine maintenance, and pre/post-class prep.
  • Growth & Events: Support community pop-ups, brand events, and collaborative team training sessions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
