Role Description
The LAMDA/Trinity Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons in speech, drama, and performance to learners preparing for LAMDA and Trinity examinations. This part-time, on-site role is based in Tonbridge and involves:

The teacher will:
- Prepare learners for graded exams
- Ensure that lesson content aligns with relevant syllabuses
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and achievement
The role also includes:
- Communicating with learners and caregivers about progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain consistent standards
- Supporting a safe, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- Strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience delivering performing arts or LAMDA/Trinity-focused sessions.
- Solid Lesson Planning and Education expertise, including the ability to design structured, syllabus-aligned lessons.
- Clear and confident Communication skills, both in-person and in writing, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Recognized teaching or performing arts qualification (e.g., drama, theatre, education, LAMDA/Trinity certification) is highly beneficial.
- Experience preparing learners for graded performance or speech examinations is an advantage.
- Ability to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment and manage small groups effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and professionalism, with the ability to work part time on-site in Tonbridge.
