Job Description
As a Laminating Technician, you will produce high-quality composite laminated components to tight deadlines for use on our current and future MCL cars.
What You'll Do
- Produce and laminate composite components for current and future Formula One cars.
- Prepare, manufacture, and maintain moulds to the required standards.
- Vacuum bag components and operate autoclaves in accordance with prescribed processes.
- Deliver high-quality work safely and within demanding timescales.
- Support other teams when required to meet changing workloads and priorities.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as a skilled composite laminator.
- Experience within motorsport, particularly Formula One, or aerospace would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of composite laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging, and autoclave processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality, performance, and output.
- Clear and accurate communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate understanding.
