Job Description
As a Night Shift Laminating Technician, you will produce high-quality composite components for current and future MCL Formula 1 cars. Working to demanding quality standards and tight deadlines, you will carry out laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave operations, helping deliver race-winning performance while supporting the wider Composite Laminating team.

What You'll Do
- Produce and laminate components for current and future F1 cars.
- Prepare, manufacture and maintain moulds.
- Vacuum bag components and operate autoclaves.
- Follow prescribed processes, work safely and support other teams as workload requires.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as a skilled laminator.
- Experience in motorsport, particularly F1, or aerospace is preferable.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Clear, accurate communication skills and the initiative to identify tasks and offer solutions.
