Role: Land Auction Specialist
What you will be doing
- Build upon and develop new or existing relationships with our partner estate agents ensuring to maintain high levels of engagement across your portfolio of Land Agents.
- Educate Land agents on the benefits of the iamsold proposition for auction, through daily interactions with our partner agents utilizing various communication methods such as MS Teams, Zoom, telephone calls, and app technology.
- Educate vendors on the benefits of auctions and how it could be a better route to sell, whilst encouraging partner agents to speak to vendors about the proposition.
- Proactively identify and appraise new site development opportunities.
- Contact and engage with agents and landowners to start building relationships. Reach out to new contacts within the agent network and arrange meetings to introduce ourselves and ensure a solid understanding of our product and our service.
- Research the different marketplaces for current values on land and GDV based on the detail of a particular scheme.
- Familiarize yourself with the available marketing support library and agree on a marketing strategy in partnership with your portfolio of land agents to generate potential buyers and vendors.
- Confidently handle all pre-auction negotiations on behalf of the Land agent with vendors and buyers in accordance with current AML standards.

What we are looking for
- Previous experience in the property industry focused primarily on Land & Commercial opportunities across a range of scheme sizes and price points including consented and unconsented land is essential.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the required field.
- Highly target driven with a passion for getting results.
- Excellent communication skills vital with the ability to build rapport.
