Position: Full Time.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
TKF Training is a leading training provider based in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, delivering high-quality accredited training and assessments across the forestry, arboriculture, land-based environmental and utility sectors.

About the job
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both from our Holmfirth office and from home. Regular attendance at the office will be required for team meetings, operational activities and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor training contracts to ensure compliance with funding and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with employers, learners and external partners.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate contract records.
- Monitor performance against contract targets and KPIs.
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of training programmes.
- Use IT systems to manage data and produce reports.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- An understanding of NPTC City & Guilds and Lantra qualifications would be an advantage.
